TroPilates is not liable for the following: any loss, personal injury or damages of any kind sustained by a person arising from the participation in movement training and activities including, but not limited to Private and Semi-private Sessions, and individual use of the studio, premises or equipment. A potential or registered client, student or visitor assumes full responsibility for any injuries or damages that may occur to him/her/they while participating in exercises or activities under the guidance of a TroPilates instructor regardless of the location or premises in which the exercises or activities take place. Clients agree to inform their instructor accurately and fully concerning their health, physical fitness and any relevant changes in their health and physical fitness and recognize that they should check with their physician before starting a new form of exercise. All clients under the age of 18 years must have written consent from a parent or guardian before commencing any training at TroPilates Studio.

TroPilates Studio collects information through a registration form to provide our Services, to communicate with you, or to make our Services better. TroPilates will not sell, trade, rent, exchange or otherwise share your personal information with any other person, company or organisation.
