General

  • Expect to dive straight into a mix of Matwork, Reformer and Barrel repertoire for a well rounded workout tailored specifically to your needs and goals.

  • Increased strength, flexibility, mobility, coordination and balance. Training your mind and body will help with poor posture, past injuries, and aches and pains.

  • Book a session and see how you like it! The first workout will be a mix of essential exercises with a focus on the STOTT PILATES® 5 Basic Principles. This creates a solid foundation of body awareness so you can progress safely and confidently. 

  • To receive the most benefits, a regular schedule of 1-2 times a week is ideal. Depending on your goals and activity levels outside of Pilates this number can vary.

Studio

  • Please arrive at the studio 5-10 minutes before your session.

  • Grippy socks are mandatory.

    Any clothes that allow for free movement are recommended. Sportswear like yoga pants, a loose fitting t-shirt, or sweatpants are acceptable. As long as you are able to move uninhibited, wear what is most comfortable to you.


  • Grippy socks for safe reformer use are required. A water bottle and towel are recommended.

Booking & Payments

  • Sessions cancelled with at least 24 hours notice will not be charged, and your session credit can be used at a later date. Less than 24 hours notice will result in the session being charged in full, and your session credit being lost.
